Satisfaction Certified®
is a program that lets consumers know you're serious about customer service. The program also offers direct referrals to participating businesses 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The program is without cost to consumers.
What's Different about Satisfaction Certified?
Other consumer rating services have traditionally just left off with a customer survey and referrals,
Satisfaction Certified®
takes participating businesses to a whole new level of customer service management. Not only do they receive the benefit of a consumer rating, they also receive ongoing tools to continuously measure and improve customer loyalty.
That means businesses not only receive the benefit of potential customers knowing of their commitment to service, but they're able to continuously improve their existing customer's loyalty to the business.
If
participating businesses were to go out and procure these services individually, they would spend at least $3,700! And that's if they were available at all!
How Does a Business Get Certified? Any
service organization who has been in operation for at least one year and is able to provide us with the names and telephone numbers of at least 200 customers may apply for certification.
Once the application is complete, the
business will provide us with the names and telephone numbers of at least 200 current and/or former customers.
After we've completed the initial certification process, we will meet with the business to review their results.
Initial Certification Process When an organization applies for membership, each business (or business unit) provides us with the names and phone numbers of 200 current or previous customers. We contact these
customers and ask them to rate their satisfaction with the business. We also verify insurance and any other licensing information.
In the event that a business' service evaluation is less than our standard, we offer
them recommendations of things they can do to improve their results.
Re-Certification Every two years, we will conduct a re-certification of service levels and insurance/licensing. If a participating business
utilizes our ongoing customer service survey program and we receive at least 100 responses over a two-year period, a service reevaluation may not be necessary.
